Very environmentally unfriendly Jul 02, 2010 The coffee maker is convenient, and easy, but this thing creates SO much garbage!! I'm trying to live a little more green, an this is the worst coffee maker I could have purchased with that in mind. I wish the pods were reusuable, or recyclable. Going back to my Bunn.

Keurig B77 Jun 24, 2010 This machine is awesome. I love the different features to it but best of all the ease in which the machine functions. I purchased about a month ago and haven't regretted the purchase one bit.

Great Ideas for busy working people... Jun 17, 2010 My husband and I are on frantic and different schedules; I have to be up at 3:30 AM and leave by 4:00 and he gets to "sleep in" until 6:00 (yes, that is AM). We just did without coffee since if I made a pot it would be scorched by the time he got to it. This is perfect and I bought this second unit for my son and his wife. She drinks tea and he decaf. We are all frantic but happy campers. The Keurig was easy to setup and we are definitely spoiled by the variety of coffee and tea, hot chocolate also, that are available. Well worth the high price for the unit, both homes are very happy with this purchase and gift.

Quiet, Fast, Convenient, makes great coffee Jun 12, 2010 Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R32VJ24GM5O2PX Be aware that the "big-box" retailers will sell this B77 brand-new, factory sealed, with 72 k-cups for 139 which is a much more compelling buy than the currently listed price on this listing on Amazon.
The Keurig B77 surpassed my expectations. I read all the horror stories but also read the glowing reviews. I have had no issues. I've had it about a month and we make 8-10 cups of coffee a day. It is quiet, it is fast and it is super convenient. I use a third-party basket which enables me to use my own coffee thus saving a significant amount of money on K-cups. But I also use K-cups and they are so convenient to use. You can even re-use the K-cups if you learn the technique. In my video review I grabbed the wrong stuff out of my cabinet when explaining how to re-use a K-cup... what you want to use to seal the top of the k-cup is something similar to "Press-n-Seal." For me, the Keurig B77 is a winner.
Sorry that the audio is a little wonky on the video. I decided to overdub my voice for most of the video since my camera audio quality was not very good. Unfortunately it resulted in a less than perfect audio track.
Not happy Jun 08, 2010 I purchased this coffee maker with high hopes - I've had one for quite awhile and wanted to upgrade to a model with more features. This one arrived and was not the model I ordered. I re-ordered directly from the seller (not Amazon but a sub) and when it arrived it only worked for three days. I have since talked to Keurig and they have sent me a new one at no charge. (Great service there). I can only hope it lasts more than three days.
