5Great (so far) -- do just what they're supposed to!  Jul 22, 2010
I really like these mugs. They are very lightweight (unlike most coffee mugs) and they do keep drinks hotter or colder for a longer period of time. I was worried about the fragility of these glasses, but so far (several weeks now), there have not been any problems. We wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher nightly. They are pricey, but they work as advertised.

The double wall insulated cup keeps coffee warmer for a longer period of time. You need to be careful handling it because it does break easily. I broke one the second time I used it by hitting it against the center wall of a double bowl sink.

It is big but light. To my disappointment it does not keep the heat quite well....

Pros: Nice quality, hand-blown, attractive.
Cons: They don't keep coffee hot much longer than my ceramic or heavy glass mugs. Much lighter weight than I expected. First order arrived shattered, so I'm handling the new ones with care.

We have several Bodum products. French coffee press and several different styles of glasses. Yes, they can be fragile at times, but this is what you expect of glass. We've lost a few over time...all drops to the floor, but that's why we have Amazon. You order a few more. These glasses are worth the price.
